Waking up to this first picture… Nothing better. Well maybe if I wasn’t sleeping in a car – but really, beats a hotel. Every day.

Fishing the tailwaters of Beaver Dam outside Eureka Springs… No luck this time.

I managed to catch the most beautiful part of sunset at Inspiration Point as I was on my way into Eureka Springs. Arkansas sunsets blow me away every single time.

Was able to get on the Norfork for a little bit one day – stunning river!

And a BIG thank you to Ben at Dally’s Ozark Flyfisher in Cotter for letting me tag along for a little bit. It was a bit chilly and SO WINDY, but we  each got a couple fish (Ben probably caught about 10 more when I wasn’t watching), and man – this one’s colors were gorgeous! Looking forward to getting on the river again next time I’m up that way.
